We are seeking skilled QA Analysts to join our engineering team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality assurance, strong attention to detail, and expertise in modern testing methodologies and tools.
As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our development process by implementing our organizational testing standards, automating test procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and providing actionable feedback to improve our products.
• Implement and maintain our organizational testing standards across projects
• Design, develop, and execute automated test suites following the testing pyramid approach
• Perform various types of testing including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams
• Participate in code reviews with a focus on testability and quality
• Continuously research and recommend improvements to testing processes and tools
• Contribute to the development of test plans, test cases, and test documentation
• Support CI/CD processes by ensuring tests are integrated into automated pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools
• Extensive experience testing web applications and user interfaces
• Proficiency with modern frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
• Experience with component testing, visual testing, and accessibility testing
• Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience testing responsive designs across multiple browsers and devices
• Familiarity with frontend performance testing and optimization
• Understanding of component-based architecture and testing approaches
• Experience with Storybook or similar component documentation systems
• Knowledge of visual regression testing tools (e.g., Percy, Chromatic)
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing tools
• Testing Frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
• Visual Testing: Storybook, Percy, Chromatic
• Accessibility Testing: Axe, jest-axe, Lighthouse
• Performance Testing: Lighthouse CI, Web Vitals
• Frontend Technologies: React, Next.js (or other modern frameworks)
• UI Testing Approaches: Component testing, user journey testing, visual regression testing
• Test Organization: Testing pyramid implementation for frontend applications
• Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) and tools like pytest-bdd
• Knowledge of property-based testing and fuzzing techniques
• Experience with chaos engineering and resilience testing
• Familiarity with security testing tools and OWASP guidelines
• Experience with continuous testing in DevOps environments
• Knowledge of test data management and test environment provisioning
