Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented ‘Senior Data Scientist’ to join our team. The ‘Senior Data Scientist’ will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting quantitative data to help us deliver exceptional data-driven insights and solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BFSI industry, strong statistical knowledge, predictive modeling skills, experience with statistical software, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a statistician, data scientist, or similar role.
• Good to have experience in the BFSI industry.
• Experience in statistical analysis, segmentation, hypothesis testing, forecasting, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on statistical methodologies and techniques.
• Good Knowledge of software packages, such as R or Python.
• Basic knowledge of any visualization tool such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good to have experience in deep learning and AI.
