Job Details:
Responsibility to focus on product success to build a product that works best for users and customers, and to create a product that meets business requirements. Ensure high product adoption, growth, and customer satisfaction, and provide visibility to align values across the organization. Use expert knowledge to direct the development team on what to build, success criteria and manage the product backlog in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder requests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of four (2) years of experience. Or High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of eight (6) years of experience in the field.
Company / Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a technology field is a must. Prior experience in banking, credit union or financial services industries is strongly preferred. Experience with data warehouse solutions is also preferred.
Other Experience:
· 3 years + of Analytics/Business Intelligence experience in a product owner or other related role.
· Advanced level experience in scrum/agile and lean product management methodology
· Scrum Master certification CSPO is preferred or willing to attain within 90 days.
· Experience identifying and discussing requirements/product features with internal teams and with customers
· Ability to prioritize EPICs and user stories by collaborating with the development team to understand the level of difficulty and cost/time involved.
· UI/UX design experience creating dashboards and analytical reporting.
· Demonstration and presentation skills that include addressing ad hoc questions during customer meetings
· Development of lightweight mock-ups to initiate the product UX concepts will be an advantage.
· Development of source data transformation specifications for technical teams.
· Planning and budgeting skills will be an advantage
· Creating effective agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams
· Prior experience developing high-level testing approaches and business user acceptance test criteria.
· Experience with the Agile software development methodology and related IT supporting tools (i.e. Jira or similar)
· Experience using Microsoft Office products and other Cloud/BI tools.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and a contact database product.
